We are proud to present Hampden Street School Twilight Gala 2024! Our favourite night of the year. Mark your calendars and come on down for a fabulous evening full of fun, laughter, delicious kai and incredible entertainment! We can’t wait to see you there!

Our Term Four Twilight Gala will be on Friday, 29 November from 5-8pm. The Gala is a popular community event; and a highlight for all HSS kids. It is a massive undertaking that relies on donations and hours of creativity, kindness, and work by staff and volunteers.

The Twilight Gala is a fun evening out for family and friends towards the end of the School year. We have places to sit and enjoy a variety of food and drinks, so families can stay and enjoy the evening. Bouncy castles and other fun-fair activities take place on the bottom field, the White Elephant stall is a chance to find a second hand bargain, and there are lots of games and activities for children and adults. We will also have plants and fresh produce stalls.

If your family is new to our school community, this is a fantastic opportunity to get more involved with the HSS community and help raise the funds that enrich our children’s experiences at school. Please watch out for notices and requests for help from the Fundraising Committee as we build up to the big day. A Signup Genius Link will start appearing in the school newsletter and on our Facebook page in the weeks leading up to the Twilight Gala. It lists most of the volunteer roles, donation wish list, and is a great place to find out how you can help.
