Nelson Tasman’s top Trade Me searches

Trade Me users from the Nelson Tasman region are looking to head outdoors this summer, with ‘kayak’ being the top search in the region over the past 30 days.

In second place was outdoor furniture, followed by fridge/freezer, BBQ and Gorman (a clothing brand).

“This shows Nelson locals are pretty keen on finding a bargain that will help them enjoy being outside,” says Trade Me Spokesperson, Millie Silvester.

“We have seen a mixed bag of searches in the last 30 days - ranging from outdoor equipment to specific branded clothing.”

Across the country, Millie says they see most Christmas searches revolve around making our homes look festive.

“Topping the most in demand items are decorations, Christmas trees and lights,” Millie says.
