Woolworths coming to Nelson Junction

Woolworths will be opening a new a state-of-the-art supermarket at Nelson Junction with hopes it will be open in late 2025.
The new supermarket, to be built in partnership with Gibbons, will be about 4,000sqm in area with 190 more carparks.
Woolworths New Zealand’s director of property, Matthew Grainger, says it will be a Greenstar rated development, similar to the Woolworths in Richmond which was New Zealand’s first Greenstar rated supermarket development.
