Cyclist hit by car at Saxton roundabout

A cyclist has been hit by a car on Main Rd Stoke at the Saxton Rd roundabout.

The incident occurred around 5pm on Monday evening.

“The road may be slightly blocked while emergency services are in attendance,” a police spokesperson said.

A St John spokesperson said that one patient was assessed at the scene and was taken to Nelson Hospital in a minor condition.
